About Fazana

Fazana is a 2000 years old fishing village located in front of the National park Brijuni islands and just 10 km from Pula, the main Istrian town. Fažana dates from the Roman times when its name was Vasanium and was well-known for manufacturing amphorae, vases and tiles.
Today, Fažana is a modern municipality that totally relies on tourism. It has a beautiful promenade along the coast, excellent restaurants along the sea, numerous olives, lush pine forests and of course - perfect sunsets.
